Back Like I Never Left
Back Like I Never Left
Yeah, I know — this is my first post of the year, and it’s already Juneš«¢. I haven’t been consistent here, and I won’t pretend I didn’t notice. But honestly, things have been pretty hectic.
I’m currently in my final year studying Mechatronics Engineering, and it’s been a serious stretch. Between lectures, projects, seminar work, and all the school pressure, it’s been a lot to handle.
Just yesterday (June 4th), my department had our seminar defense and my group presented our research on Mobile App Integration in Smart Lighting Systems. It was quite intense. The external supervisor was grilling us to ascertain our understanding of the concept and technologies. At the end, we came out successful.
It's not yet over. I'm still in the midst of it all — trying to balance school, personal life, finances, and my after school plansš©.
I was appointed as the Sponsorship Team Lead for our After School What Next Event (ASWN). That is an additional responsibility so I would need your ideas, support and counsel to go about it. The event aims to inculcate students, regardless of level but focuses more n the final year students to be better prepared to face the world without the protection of school.
I know some people make balancing everything look easy, but for me, it’s been more of a day-by-day effort. I’ve learned to adapt and just keep showing up, even if it’s not perfect.
Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even when it’s tough.
So here I am — back like I never left. Hoping to share more as I keep moving through this phase of life.
Thanks for sticking around šš«±š¾š«²š¾
The last semester of the final lap is about to begin.
Here we go again — slowly but surely, the end is in sight.
